Shots, shots, shots...of Colliodal Silver!

Most people have no idea about colloidal silver. It's a supplement that tastes like water with a hint of nickel and it can basically cure your insides as well as topically! But that's for another post, let's start small, with vitamins!

Don't worry this isn't some post on how you need to take a multi vitamin, nope. Not everyone needs a multi vitamin. BOOM! Yup, that's right. Not everyone can take a random, general multi vitamin from their local health food store and be good. All of our bodies are different. We all need different things depending on food, sleep, stress levels, hydration, genetics, etc. Not to mention there are toxins everywhere and our liver has to process everything our body comes in contact with. So basically EVERYONE is toxic.

Okay, I don't want to freak you out, so I'm going to tell you some really basic things you can do to improve you life and make you feel better! YAY!

Step 1: Drink more water!

Unless you're drinking around 96 ounces of water a day, and you know this for a fact, you're not drinking enough. Adults need 3 quarts of water everyday. Do just that and you will be feeling so much better. Trust.

Step 2: Avoid sugar.

Sugar is in everything. Even fruit has a lot of sugar in it, and is to be avoided. This also means, no alcohol for most people. Alcohol just turns into sugar when it enters your body. Sugar is my weakness! I'm not a drinker, but I love a little something sweet after I have lunch or dinner. The trick is getting full enough on protein, cooked veggies, and some grains, that your body is satisfied!

Last Step!!!! Get a hair test!

I know some of you have no idea what I'm talking about, but this has changed my life!! A hair test is basically like a more detailed blood test. Instead of poking you for blood, they cut a little hair at your root. Hair holds more history than our blood, and if you want to really know what vitamins your body needs then that's the best way to figure it out.

When I got my first hair test 2 years ago, I learned that I had a lot of copper in my system, basically my body wan't getting rid of it. Over time this would have caused some serious problems. At the time I was healthy, but I knew my body felt off. We love to self medicate ourselves, or jump on the bandwagon to a new diet that everyone's doing, but a lot of times we are doing ourselves a disservice.

Life is amazing, why not live it at your full capacity, with a healthy body and mind!

Go to my Nutritionist's site, MosesNutrition.com and you will see a whole new, fascinating world. You're welcome!
